We do NOT provide return pick-up services due to various locations not covered by almost all major logistics service providers. However, in case of incorrect product delivery or any defect in the product, we do compensate for the return shipment charges by issuing a Gift Voucher worth Rs.175/- applicable on the entire Raeez catalogue and can be used as a payment option at the time of checkout (Voucher Validity: 30 days from the date of issue)
Note: Gift Voucher will NOT be issued for items purchased under any offer, promotion and clearance sale.

Order once placed will be non refundable. If you have given us a wrong size or a wrong design, immediately send us a email on or call us on 02240036432. If you plan to cancel the order then we would be send you a Gift Certificate for the value you have paid for. The gift Voucher would be valid for a period on 30 Days from the date of issue.
If you have paid twice by mistake, the same amount shall be refunded back to you within 15 days.

As soon we receive the return package at our warehouse and quality check is completed, we begin the process of wrapping brand-new Juttis to reach your door.

On receipt of the shoes, our quality control team shall check for physical damages. If found that it was a manufacturing defect we shall send you a replacement with 7 days. 

In case of dispute it would be Subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Court. 
If you claim that you have not received the goods maximum to 15 days we shall rely on the POD (Proof Of Delivery) received by us from the Courier company.


We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs.175/-* per order across India and it normally takes 7-10 working days depending on the location. Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
